Operation Imagination is a summer camp at the International Museum of Art & Science (IMAS) that inspires, intrigues and delights children of all ages! Campers don't even realize they are learning because they are having so much fun!
Classes are held Tuesday through Friday, and each class has a maximum of 25 students. Our experienced Education Staff will supervise and guide your child as he or she explores, creates, and learns.

Operation Imagination will feature seven (7) sessions of classes, beginning on June 7, 2011.

McAllen ISD will provide breakfast and lunch for all Operation Imagination students. IMAS will accept campers as early as 8:30 am for the morning classes, and at 12:45 pm for the afternoon classes. Students in the afternoon classes are welcome to stay for supervised playtime from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm in Riosape or IMAS' Discovery Pavilion.

Class fees are the same as last year:
$45 for McAllen Residents
$65 for Non-Residents of McAllen
Registration opens Monday, May 9, 2011.

*Cost indicated is for one class during a designated session.
**Registration must be completed through the McAllen Parks & Recreation Department at (956)681-3333.
