How to Reserve:
All group programs require reservations made at least two weeks in advance.
Some programs have particularly busy seasons, so please reserve programs as early as possible by calling Eric Garcia at (956) 682-0123 ext-130 or send your email inquiry to tours@imasonline.org.
When you call, please have the following information ready:
Group organizer’s name, school name, mailing address and phone number.
Number of students and grade level. Let us know if students have special needs.
Number of teachers and chaperones. A minimum of one adult per ten children is required.
Date and time for reservations, with alternate dates.
Credit card or purchase order number to make the deposit.
IMAS requires a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve all programs.
